Terms & conditions
1. Booking & Payment: A confirmed booking is made once payment is received in full or a deposit is paid (if applicable). We accept payment via bank transfer, Stripe, or other secure online payment methods as listed at checkout. The lead guest must be aged 21 or over and is responsible for the property and all guests during the stay.
2. Check-in / Check-out Check-in: From 3:00 PM Check-out: By 11:00 AM Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request and is subject to availability and additional charges. Self-check-in is available via a secure lockbox. Check-in details will be sent after ID verification and acceptance of terms.
3. Cancellation & Refunds: Please refer to our Cancellation Policy. No refunds will be issued outside of the stated terms.
4. Guest Responsibilities: Guests agree to treat the property with care and respect local neighbours and community rules. Any damage, theft, or breach of rules may result in deductions from your damage deposit or additional charges. Guests are responsible for securing their belongings during the stay. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property at any time.
5. House Rules: Guests must adhere to the House Rules listed on our website. These include, but are not limited to: No parties or loud noise No smoking inside the property No pets (unless previously agreed in writing) Quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
6. Noise Monitoring & Security: A noise monitoring device is installed to monitor decibel levels (no recording). For the safety of our guests and neighbours, external security cameras may be in place at entry points.
7. Cleaning & Linen: A professional cleaning fee is charged per stay. This includes fresh bed linen, towels, and essentials.
This one-time cleaning fee applies based on your length of stay:
- £50 for 2–6 nights
- £70 for 7–13 nights
- £100 for 14+ nights (includes a mid-stay clean)
Additional mid-stay cleans available for £50 (on request).
8. Liability: 7VProperty Ltd is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while guests are on the premises. We are also not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables.
9. Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by circumstances outside our control (e.g., floods, power cuts, fire, etc.).
10. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with UK law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
